Shipping

We ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail unless you upgrade to Priority Express. We pack very carefully using biodegradable packing peanuts, corrugated cardboard tubes, and recycled air pillows. Some plants are shipping with soil in their grow pots and others are bare-root depending upon what is best for that type of plant (see individual plant listings).

Please double check your address and make sure it's correct! We will ship to the address you have listed.

Shipment Issues – If your package arrives damaged or in poor condition, please contact us within 48 hours. Please understand we have no control over how your package is handled by the postal service and we do not offer replacements or refunds if there is damage during shipping, however your shipment is insured up to $100. You as the purchaser must make a claim with USPS should there be an issue. USPS does not allow sellers to make a claim. 

Cold Weather Shipping- We do not offer heat packs - in our experience they just don't really help much and put your plants as risk. We recommend only shipping plants when temps are forecasted to be above 50 degrees. Freezing temps will cause damage to your plants and therefore, we suggest waiting to order. By placing an order with us you agree to take the risk of adverse cold weather on your plants. We advise you to track your shipment and bring your plant mail inside as soon as possible!
