A hard plant to find! Xerosicyos danguyi, commonly called “Silver Dollar Plant” or “Dollar Vine” or “Penny Plant” or String of Coins, is an unusual climbing succulent vine with cylindrical stems and thick, succulent, round silvery-green leaves. Native to Madagascar, its genus Xerosicyos means "dry cucumber"!
It reminds me of a Hoya obovata or Peperomia 'Hope,' but it's even easier to grow! It can climb up a trellis or drape from a hanging basket.
Ships in a 4" grow pot with soil.
Light: Bright indirect light
Water: Water when soil feels mostly dry. If leaves appear puckered it is dehydrated!
Pets: Toxic to pets and small children; keep out of reach!
